2 night minimum stay on all weekend rentals (tents excluded) Single night rentals allowed on weeknights. All rates include 2 guests unless otherwise noted. HOLIDAY weekends require 3 night minimum stay. Cancelation policy: Reservations may be canceled 30 days in advance with no penalties. Reservations canceled 15-29 days result in a 25% of first night rental charge. Reservations canceled 4-14 days result in a 50% of first night charge. Reservations canceled in 1-3 days result in 100% of total stay.
All Cabin prices include 2 guests. Additional guests pay $20 per day. All guests must agree to, and sign, rules agreement. Driver’s license required. A copy will be retained. We are a 21+ facility. No exceptions! We are pet friendly. Dogs welcome up to 60 lbs. All service dogs accepted with paperwork. We reserve the right to refuse memberships and to terminate memberships if you do not follow the rules of the campground. No disrespect to other guests or property will be permitted.
